YES Digital dieting & Digital detoxing.

Switch off all your external gadgets for a day and rediscover yourself.

You will find time to practice meditation. Talk to yourself, to your loved ones, live with your family, meet relatives and friends personally.

Just walk in garden and observe nature by your own eyes (Not on screen). Leave all virtual weight aside and enjoy nature naturally.

You will find it so wonderful that you will repeat it every week and so your children.

You may share this with your loved ones, family, relatives and friends.

When fast food is not a treat but a dietary staple, the children surf the internet all day in dark corners of the room and are bombarded with latest gadgets. Things replace parental standards.
